Our recreation of the Welrod Mk II blends historical design with modern upgrades. Built for collectors and enthusiasts, with suppression of historical proportions.

Key Features:

• Caliber: .380 ACP.

• Toggle Safety: Mk I-inspired toggle safety for secure, easy use.

• Out-of-Battery Safety: Prevents firing if the bolt isn’t fully engaged.

• Suppressor: 17-4 stainless steel K baffles and wipes for excellent sound suppression.

• Construction: CNC machined, but still showing the charm of rushed wartime production.

• Size: 1-3/8″ x 12-1/4″, 3lb 3oz.

Note: The MK II is sold as a unit, but is legally two separate items, a pistol and a suppressor. Both the receiver and suppressor tube are serialized as matched but individual items. 

Shipping Information for the Mk II

The  Mk II consists of two regulated items under U.S. federal law: the pistol (Title I firearm) and the suppressor (Title II NFA item). These components require specific handling and compliance for shipping and transfer.

Key Shipping Details:

• Two Separate Items: The pistol is a Title I firearm, and the suppressor is a Title II NFA item, each with distinct transfer requirements.

• FFL/SOT Requirement: The receiving Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) must hold a valid Special Occupational Tax (SOT) license to handle the suppressor.

• Transfer Process:

  • The buyer’s SOT FFL will process the pistol transfer using ATF Form 4473.

  • The buyer’s SOT FFL will process the suppressor transfer using ATF Form 4.

  • An approved Form 4 is NOT required to purchase and pay online, but will need to be done before you can take possession of the suppressor.

• Shipping:

  • The pistol and suppressor may be shipped together or separately to the buyer’s SOT FFL, depending on the dealer’s preference and logistical considerations.

  • Shipments will use approved carriers (e.g., FedEx or UPS) with proper documentation and tracking.

  • Buyers must confirm their SOT FFL is licensed to receive both Title I and Title II items and can process both transfers, and a copy will need to be forwarded before shipping.

• State and Local Laws: Buyers must ensure compliance with all state and local regulations for firearms and suppressors, as some jurisdictions may have additional restrictions.
